DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
All birthday parties require a $25.00 deposit at time of booking. On the day of your party, please arrive 30 minutes early to check in at the “Pumpkin Checkout” for your table assignment. Tickets and wristbands will be issued at this time. The balance of your party is payable in cash or with a credit card at the time of check-in. You are always welcome to add to your package for unexpected guests.
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled birthday party, we would appreciate your cooperation in giving us 48 hour notice so that we may fill your scheduled time. All parties must be cancelled 48 hours before their scheduled date (other than for inclement weather) in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PARTY
Provide an accurate count of your guests to Harvest Tyme at least 48 hours prior to the party to ensure you have enough table space. Make sure you have enough chaperones for the size and age group of your party.
While Harvest Tyme Pumpkin Patch will make every attempt to provide your party with a private hayride to the field so that they can pick their perfect pumpkin, there are select peak times when a private hayride cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend that you eat upon arrival so that you don’t have to spend a lot of time gathering up your guests in the reserved picnic area. You are welcome to bring your own food, cake and decorations but please don’t forget the plates, napkins and forks. Remember your camera; we have lots of opportunities for photo ops.
*Don’t forget that although your time is limited in the reserved area, you can SPEND ALL DAY at Harvest Tyme Pumpkin Patch!
